Insurance Information

Our therapists are in-network with some or all of the following:

• Moda

• Aetna

• PacificSource Health

For those who wish to submit claims for out-of-network coverage, we are happy to provide you with a statement to do so.

Services are often covered in part or in full by your health insurance. However, we recommend that you check your coverage before your first appointment and ask your insurance carrier the following questions:

1. Do I have outpatient mental health benefits and what are they?
2. What is my deductible and has it been met?
3. Do I need a pre-authorization or an approval from either my primary care physician or the insurance carrier before starting therapy?
4. How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
5. What is my co-pay amount per therapy session?
6. Is my therapist an in-network provider for my insurance plan?
7. How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

Out of Pocket Fees

$200 Initial Appointment (50 minutes)
$175 Individual Therapy Appointments (50 minutes)

Sliding Scale

Our therapists reserve a limited amount of spots for clients needing to pay reduced fees. Thus we are occasionally able to provide a sliding fee scale to clients whose financial circumstances are strained. Please contact us to discuss fee options. 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation charge. Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $60 cancellation fee. If you do not show for your appointment and do not inform us in advance, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
