Approach to Therapy
My style is warm, direct and collaborative. I aim to identify patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating that limit one’s ability to pursue their goals. These patterns are often the legacy of successful coping at an earlier stage of life, but no longer serve one’s best interest. Exploring the underlying forces can open space to make new choices, grow, and alleviate suffering.
I provide individual therapy for adults and have experience helping people with depression, ADHD, relationship issues, work/school challenges, trauma, major life transitions, as well as concerns around self-esteem and identity.
About Me
Before becoming a psychologist, I earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University and worked as a software engineer for 5 years. I’m a soccer player, golfer, meditator, DnD player and am a big fan of Liverpool FC and musical theater.
